Our business is built on traditional values that have always provided strong family foundations, – honesty, mutual respect, hard work and doing your best. That’s why it’s always a thrill when loyal customers treat us like family as well! Since 1982, when Frank Baio opened New York Pizzeria in New Berlin, New York, we have become famous for our pizza. The dough is made right here daily with blended whole-wheat flour. Frank learned the secrets to dough making after arriving in America in 1972 from Sicily. Our delicious sauce has an incredible, unique blend of herbs and spices. Nothing but the best topping including our homemade sausage!
100% whole milk mozzarella cheese is proudly used to finish the legendary flavor. And finally, we hand roll and toss our pizzas and bake them in stone pizza ovens. We also offer a creative assortment of gourmet pizzas and have expanded our selection of Italian cuisine.
